Vault first is Citadel. Cutover first is a Hermes rehearsal, optionally with Alembic. Edge first is Merlon dry-run, not a live WAN on day one.

Leave with a first host on paper. Not a login.
Write to operator mail on sigmashield.in. Say which seat you want — vault, cutover, or edge — and name the box. We will not send a public demo URL.

Name the box
Existing SSH host, Hyper-V lab, or a dual-NIC mini PC for Merlon later. We prefer a machine you already pay for.

Book the hour
Paid architecture hour. Then a 90-minute rehearsal with failure injection. Then a written install if you still want it.
